Geez this thread has been a long time coming! I started here just over a month ago, and in that time have had a 10 day getaway to a farm (no internet), sickness, and a few hangovers, all of which have delayed my first goal after training a few characters - my very own first home! I've even lost the alerts and have forgotten who it was who offered to buy my ingots in another thread. So with that said, some kind soul on the UO:R Discord channel (I finally joined! @Khari#9238) has placed a log cabin for me, and I need to get the funds to buy the deed, so I can move in! All of my gold thus far has gone towards training. So here is what I have to sell, some of which I'd rather keep, but I'd rather a log cabin more. It was my first house on Oceania back in 2000 that I truly loved, as it had both storage and space to decorate (before I ended up with my Fel Tower). I am basing my prices on the #trade BOT on Discord, and am going for quick sales rather than best price. Given I play from Australia, our timezones may not correspond, but I'll do my best to meet up, and am an insomniac with weird hours, so all should be good. 1/ Iron ingots - 10k deed = 70k 2/ Dull copper ingots (trade bot says 16-20 per, but I'm sure these are much cheaper?!?) - 1k deed = 10k 3/ Spined leather - 1k deed = 20k 4/ Peculiar meat - 1 = 15k 5/ Fur - 1= 15k 6/ Special fishing net - 10x = 20k With 30k in my bank, hopefully enough of this sells swiftly enough for me to get my first dream home. Message me either here or PM via Discord and I'll get back to you ASAP. Meeting place will be Occlo as all of this stuff is on my last remaining [young] character.
Gotcha and thank you so much!! So I now have my log cabin deed, and will edit and update the original post to show what's left.
Sure thing, first in first served, so PM me here or via Discord when you're on, and hopefully our times overlap heya got your PM via Discord and messaged you back. To clarify, it's 1k spined leather. Thank you! I traded the deed for the house today, so I've officially joined the 'landed gentry' club
