The 1151 runebooks don't even sell for 3m anymore, and spellbooks are basically just for trammel so you might want to start at 1.5 just fyi

I guess Im not positive, when I bought it thats what they said but you're right it does look darker than the 1151 runebook that was floating around the forums for awhile.

I'm at work but I'll check the hue when I get home. Since hue 1151 seems to be the most hated hue in the game maybe it'll help if its not

Looks like it may be 101/106 or something else? use a deco tool on it. If it's super old then it is probably one of those colors (from 2014/2015)
