Hi all, I got word that this place was dropped, and wanted to take a little advantage of it. I'm not asking for a huge profit on this place, but a small one would be nice I am looking to sell this Compassion Desert Tower. It is up against the mountain, and can hit 2 iron nodes. That will be able to pull up Dull Copper Elementals, or Shadow Elementals for training if you hit it with a Prospector's tool. It's a decent location, and i've seen worse spots go for more. with that being said, i'm starting this auction off with the following: 48/24 hour bidding - 48 hours if only a single bidder is interested. 24 hours after the last bid if multiple people are interested. SB will be 480k. BO will be set at 650k - Jebus Bojangles - 500k Also I will be accepting plat @6k for up to half of the property value. There has not been any mining platform installed as of yet. If you would like for me to do that for you, please tac on an additional 50k to the ending bid and i'll get everything set up and ready to go before transfer. come and get it people!
If im not mistaken and if I remember correctly on the tip of that mountain closest to the guard post there may be a valorite spot. Again that is if I remember correctly. Its a good location for miners
It looks like it is a Verite node according to the resource grid. But will be a Valorite node if it were to be hit with a Prospector's tools, or Gargoyle's Pickaxe. Either way, it will yield a Marble Ele But to be clear for any potential bidders, this is not reachable from the tower i'm auctioning.
Im currently at work, but if anyone has the time or inclination to post the geological survey around the tower itself, it would be greatly appreciated.
