    This place is located at a good distance between Ice and Wrong Dungeons. Fairly quick run to both and will come in handy for ya during Valentine's Day Event. Mountains nearby for Shadow Elemental's to train your pets. Water nearby for... a nice stroll with your best UO pal.

    Thank you #One for not buying this property just for it to stay empty and refreshed!

    One of my next big goals on UO Renaissance is to stop spending my gold and start saving so that I can buy a large keep such as this fine keep for sale. Awesome spot, near the water, near the mountains, nice green grass. Must...Stop...Spending...Gold...so that I can buy my future keep.

    Good luck on the sale, I would buy this bad boy if I had the coin.

    Rowdy neighbors - it's probably why Hollywood is selling such a fine piece of real estate - he's getting tired of picking up bodies off of his lawn :p

    The keep was gifted to me by a player (Crunkjuice SoF) who no longer plays on uor who was in a guild with other players that also no longer play UOR. The villa was their rune library and has told me he wants to transfer that to me as well, but we just havent been able to get on at the same time and quite honestly we havent put too much effort into it because he rarely logs onto uor and I dont push it.

    The gift was publicly announced as well in General channel on discord too. Easy to find if you know how to use the search function.

    SoF guild has pretty much disbanded from UoR. Their guildstone was even removed from the keep after being transferred to me so even that is in the guildstone graveyard.

    I'm not selling it because of that, I just dont need two keeps and my other one is in a better spot and I'm perfectly happy with it.
