In the spirit of our longtime player Les Claypool and his famous pop up shops the staff have opened 6 vendors in the new Anniversary prize room for players to pick up some unique items at very affordable prices. Each of these items was either donated by a former player, or staff member as they gave up their accounts to take a staff role. Over the next week more items may be added to these vendors over time for players to snatch up. These items were deemed important to the servers history, but not quite valuable enough to be included in the prize room. So rather than delete them we wanted to give the players a chance to own some past history. Note: Any gold earned by these vendors will be deleted to help the servers economy. Items are sold on a first come, first server basis The prize room is located in the NW Corner of Serpents Hold. You can get here via a gate from the Skara Brae counselors guild. Note: The prices assigned to these items is by no means meant to imply actual value, etc. The goal was to reintroduce these items to the economy at an affordable price. So we might have guessed right, or wrong.
That's the nature of a pop up vendor, and the staff inability to price things correctly. If someone bought them all, they did remove about 4.5 million gold from the server. One paid I believe was priced at 1 mil, rather than 100k. As I have time I still have some items to add over the next few days. Details will be posted here.
