Changing this to a straightforward 500k BO.. leaving this overnight.. This will be a little bit of a weird auction. This auction will only be up for about 1h 40m. Starting at 1pm CST (2pm EST, 11am PST), this price of this tower will be 1 mil gold. The price of the tower will drop by 100k every 10 minutes until it reaches the deed price. At deed price, I'll take it to the real estate person and sell the deed for cost. All prices are BO. I will accept plat at 6k and will entertain a trade of some kind, but would prefer gold. You will be able to get a great deal if you wait until the last second, but someone might be willing to pay a little more the time block before, so get it where you are comfortable paying. Check out the pics below. This is a good spot to find a couple of zoo keeper pets, it's fairly secluded, and a short run to Destard or Skara Brae. Again, this "auction" will start at 1pm CST, but until then, feel free to BO at 1 mil if you wish. Price will drop to 900k at 1:10pm CST, 800k at 1:20pm CST.. so on and so forth until deed price(roughly 450kish).

This is a nice idea but you're running it at a really dead time of day. I think that's why there's a lack of activity.
