I personally have sent so many new players to this very rune library, and have marked tons of runes off it myself.

my "go-to" library - awesome location

IMO players should pool money and buy it, Telamon should make it a timeless house or NPC shop due to its longevity and player use...

I can offer 10mill, I will put it to use for new players and selling items at a very discounted rate, the rune library will stay. It will never leave my possession as long as I’m still in game. I know I’m far off in price but that’s what I can pull together at the moment. Charity does not make me wealthy.

I'd pool together a few mill myself if someone like @Keza would hold and refresh it and use it for events in game for as long as they were playing.

Sadly I have a really bad track record of letting houses fall lol. I really have to keep it down to 3-4 houses or I get side tracked with other game stuff and forget about em.

And to clarify, this property would be a public house. I also own E1000’s observatory, and keep it exactly as he left it. As that is a work of art.

I have been out of the game a little while now and so don't have the funds. however this is something I would normally be interested in.
However I would restore the spawning rares display and keep the rune library intact for new and old players to use.

I'd also donate my savings of 4mil to the @Cronos pool to aid his effort to preserve this house for the good of UOR. I can attest he is an excellent steward of unique properties.

Wish I had gold to buy this back. Hands down the favorite house I’ve ever owned in UO. Good luck!
