    Hi all,

    Just getting back into UO:R

Was wondering what add-ons are highly recommended? I heard there is one where you can remove trees and only see the stumps?

    Thanks,

Think about whether it is worth killing the beauty of the world and the colossal efforts of designers of the best game on earth ...

This mod should be prohibited, because walking around the streets naked is considered abnormal.

It is highly recommended to play and have fun! Welcome :)

There are a bunch of mods you can load, the trees-2-stumps is one of them. There's a guide somewhere on these forums that explains how it works. It's basically manipulating the art files and then reloading them back to the game directories.

If you use the ClassicUO client, also linked somewhere on the forums, there's a built-in option in the new Razor to perform the trees-2-stumps mod that you can click on/off. I'd suggest doing that.

I loaded up some mods and only took backups of the original files, not taking backups for every mod in case I wanted to back some of them off, so it's all or nothing for me at this point so I've just left mine as-is (which is with a bunch of art mods).

I like the trees to stumps myself on my lumberjack. Just easier to click on. Besides that I agree with Kiryana as best game in the world and leave the beauty.
