Hi! Super new to the server and trying to fulfill a dream from 1998 - owning a tower in UO. Been farming cotton like a madman and am now in a position (thanks to some help) where I could see that dream become a reality. I've got just over 500k. Is there ANYONE out there who would consider selling at that price point? Thank you! Forum, Discord and Character all share the same name.
Believe me von Stuben, this is a last resort. I’ve spent 7ish hours running around the world looking for spots with a deed. Started with 4.5 hours running the shoreline of the entire mainland, then this afternoon another 2.5 trying all the inland spots I could see. There’s definitely areas that could accommodate but there’s uneven ground or some other invisible blockage.
@guhhhhh make sure your game window is positioned in the top left corner of your computer monitor when you attempt house placement. If not, the cursor won’t line up correctly and could cause it to seem as if a house won’t fit.
Really appreciate all the responses! @Mr. Green thank you, I don’t think I had my window maximized. Will try that out! @Witchcraft if you can find one of those spots (or if anyone can) I’d pay 75k for the location.
@guhhhhh I have a bag of stolen runes with house locations - i dont know if any will fit a tower, but it might be worth a shot. I can make it on tomorrow morning, if you're interested.
I have a tower for sale bro... i will put at forums... is the last secluted tower of the server... no neighboors on a nice spot of fire island... keep farming... when you get some mills and if you didint find anohter... message me.
I don’t play much these days or I’d help you find a spot. I know some vets might be able to find some spots, someone hook him up!

Before I knew about it I spent a day running around with three other players looking for a spot to place a large marble. It was fun to relive that 1999 fun but after four hours we didn't find anything either Once we found out about this map things were a lot easier, if you see a clearing or area that may fit then log in with your character and hoof it over there for a try. been inspecting the map but i couldnt find a spot for a tower either... they go for 600ish in the swamp, you should contact ORCA on discord he has a few towers for sale...
@Kingston THANK YOU - I just finished chatting with @ORCA and bought a Tower. Seriously so so so excited. 20 years later, I FINALLY got myself a tower. Thanks to everyone for helping out with this! The community here continues to impress.
