So I have another venture I am getting into & need GOOOOOOOOOOLD
What I have to raise ready capital is 4 houses grouped together on Ocllo, I still have and am keeping the Public Provo House.

Each is a straight 5m 4m buyout.

Gold Preferred, but may consider Plat if I can convert it to gold easily or if the seller of my new venture will accept it.

Heres the deal tho, I really only need another 10-15m to close my other deal, so as soon as I reach that goal any remaining houses will be taken OFF the market.
