This house comes up a lot and I’ve owned it recently but if you don’t have a Moongate house you won’t find many better. It’s close enough to the gate to be convenient but 3/4 of a screen away so you don’t have all the foot traffic (unless you advertise it as a vendor) The surrounding woods are spawn free. I GMd one and got two toons into the high 90s in lumberjacking there. A little to the south and you can hunt all the small and medium game for feathers and leather. Worst creature you’ll see is a mongbat. Perfect spot for a new player, vendor or crafter.
