There are a couple of other factors when it comes to real estate in game, such as unique locations such as spawn locations and having limited spaces like north minoc. Being able to mine from inside is a definite bonus and rarer to have 3+ and the most being 13 nodes? Spawn locations like Ratman valley or one of the minor lich ruins are a great spot for farmers and some would pay a pretty penny for them. Other places like hidden valley, wind villa or a 'player town' is something on a lot of people's lists.

It wasn't until I really started thinking about prices tha I realized how HARD it is to make a blanket statement about any type of house or location. I've seen keeps on grass go for 6-14 mil in the past year. Towers same - deed to 5-6 mil depending heavily on location and amenities. We just saw a log cabin go for 300k + because it was a nice fishing hut. When you really dig into it, you see how many variables come into play and how closely UO housing mimics IRL real estate. You really NEVER know what someone will pay for ANY house. Cool to see the responses here. Correct, that’s not really being debated here though, this is just an experiment to figure out what SB people would assign to a generic house/location if they were currently selling it. Totally agree with you though dude, there’s things here that I’ve definitely paid waaaaay more than someone else might of because I’ve just had to have it. I’ve also massively overpaid for properties before because I didn’t want a neighbour so yea, there’s variables all over the place but I do think this helps us get on the same page a little bit more.
