Ahhh, little bit misleading/confusing here my dude, especially for your target audience of new players. Are you... A) going to give the player the two homes for 433,200? If so, you're asking them to shell out an extra 328,800 (tower deed price after selling the two deeds back) + 433,200 (for the spot) which would be 762,000. B) Selling just the spot for 433,200 + 433,200 (bring their own deed and place when you drop) then the player is in for 866,400. Both are cool and fair prices regardless, However, please circle one as to avoid confusion
When I get home I’ll revise the post to add some clarity. it’s 433,200 all in for a tower, on the grass. i.e. If someone decides to bid on this, they are getting a tower at cost and I make no profit.
