Mmm thought that might get your attention!
well nothing is quite as it seems, you do have to earn it.

    Simply to earn tho
Over the next few weeks all you have to do is help one Old person During this Corona Virus outbreak!

Post in here somit you have done to help a none family older person in some way....In the UK(guess is same for most countries) the elderly have been advised to self isolate for up to 3 months..Thats hell of a long time..I would imagine the best help you can give is to pick up some food supplies for them
    Things like
    Fruit
    Cereals
    Bread
    Biscuits
Milk(can get long life carton milk)
    Teabags/coffee
    Cooked meats
    Tins of soups
    Microwave meals/Home made microwave meals
    Toliet rolls
    Old DvDs
    Puzzle books/Reading books
Anything you can think of really

Just post here what you have done, may give others ideas from what you have done...
Now you can lie to me and get a 1 mill check for doing nothing..If that's your style I will honour the check, but I do pity you imensly if that's your style...If I run out of Gold I will make it up with items...I hope I do run out of gold because that means like 100 of you have done something*smiles*
The best way to get hold of me is thru Discord...I am Tuneful on there aswell

Few things to note....Before making them the food Parcel make sure you have washed your hands well.....When you knock there door make sure you stay a few yards away from them...If you want you could even offer them your phone number(optinal)...

Its going to be a rough few months for us all
    Stay safe and good luck!

Keep Up the Good Work Tuneful you have beaten me to it with this Idea, Father Christmas will start off the reports

I have volunteered through my local Hands Of Change charity , as an emergency delivery driver, either to take people who struggle to get out to the shops or if they are under self isolation to deliver their shopping to them. I know its not much but it's something that i can do to help out. I have also let all my neighbors know that I am also available to help them out with transport and shopping too.

TBH i have been volunteering with the Hands of Change Charity for a while now and the first job i turned up to as a driver, turned out to be My Ex Wife who moved out just before Halloween.

Keep up the good work Guys and stay safe what ever you do, sometimes it's the little things that we do that can make all the difference

BTW Father Christmas doesn't do this because he wants @Tuneful 's Gold , but wants more people to follow Tunefuls example

Great idea, another pretty simple task that we can do is explain and convince the older persons that this is a real risk and let them understand why and how to avoid it. It looks simple but sometimes it is not, it's something new and older persons struggle to adapt to the change, with just a patiently explanation you can save a life.

I bought and brought a dozen gallons of water and a case of canned goods for my neighbors across the street, the Jenkins. Dude was an old WWII spook and him and his wife are in their 90s in a giant house. Never had any kids. Every year they bring us brownies. Lol, they give our other neighbors all their extra (grocery store) plastic bags.
He helped me out with my lawn mower a few times about 10 years ago when he was more spry so I figured it’s the least we could do.
I have zero shame in accepting you money sir. Win-win for me. Good karma and cold hard kash, er gold!

This has been a big deal for me in Seattle. It's tough to process some of these potential changes/risk and as a result there is a lot of denial.

In a meeting yesterday, specifically held to discuss the outbreak, someone asked if we should "continue operations as normal?" ......

My mother and her partner own a hotel and refuse acknowledge the health risk and shut it down, instead they chose to operate at a loss (so they can get a few good reviews) and bitch about losing money in the stock market. Looooong conversation with them last night, and hopefully they are going to make some changes.

    So, my good deed yesterday:
We bought a hoarders house 4 years ago; the neighbor kitty-corner to us is also a hoarder. As we have cleaned up our house (it took buying a dump truck, and months of shoveling newspaper into it) the neighbor has continued to stop by and reminisced about how it would be nice to clean up his place before he dies. He's 93, no family and pushes a shopping cart 2 miles to Safeway for groceries.

I stopped there yesterday to ask if he needed anything before we went to the market. We ended up getting water and cat food for him and will continue to support him if we go into lock down up here.

I live next to two very elderly women, who live on their own. I have given them both my mobile number as i am currently in between jobs and told them if they need anything to let me know. Yesterday while i was in the supermarket i basically shopped for two, as one of these neighbours had asked me if i could pick her weekly shop up.

There is now elder shopping hours at the grocery stores by me.
6-7:30 am or so. Like an early bird special.

As for me I'm currently doing my part by just staying the fck home.
    Figure that helps everybody.

My wife and I decided to support the local homeless population here in Washington DC with care packages. This box (which is now getting empty from recent distribution) contains essentials like hygiene, first aid, sexual protection but also healthy meals and snacks. We are committed to helping the most vulnerable of our population - those living outside and in group shelters, the elderly, and the sick or disabled. D4940833-69D8-4CE7-8133-5B2D0E6F07B5.jpeg
Thanks for setting this up. Best thing we can do right now is share information and help each other.

I don't think I've been doing much.. but masks here in +604 are way over sold. I only got two boxes myself, but have been giving some away in ziplocks.. also been giving new bottles of Vitamin C to my kids baby sitters for example just to boost the immune system a bit... Lets keep it clean for the Elderly! We are in such a position to! We need to protect them!
