    Hey,

    selling this fine mining house that I owned for a while, adjacent to all the high end nodes + a golem cave that will exceed all your needs! Included are 180 gargoyle pickaxes and a ready to use trap. A camp also spawns right next door to provide a steady source of spined leather and holiday adventure.

    This site will fit a small stone tower if you would prefer.

    Kidding aside, it's a great spot, and I'm willing to share my cave with a good neighbor. :D
