This nice little slice of paradise is located a short run from either Minoc or Vesper(running through Vesper is faster if on foot). You're not going to find a much better spot for a tower. In this auction, you will be bidding on the Tower and the deco combined. It comes as is MINUS a few containers (which will be placed in a second auction) and the Golem Lord statuette.
