What i am looking, for : -Has at least 5 nodes from inside (don't care about outside i am an hermit ) For the price, i am pricing it like this : - 5 Nodes = 100k per Nodes - 6 Nodes = 200k per Nodes - 7 Nodes = 300k per Nodes - Etc... I am giving a 50k bonus per nodes for North & West Nodes positions and a 100k per Nodes not needing a runner to be reached. For exemple, let's say that you have a 7 nodes mining house, with 3 nodes reachable from west, 2 from north, 1 from south and 1 without runner. It's a 7x 300k (2,1M) + 5x on N/W runner (250k) + 1 without runner (100k). So a 2,45M offer. Post here (or contact me on discord [PvM] Daping / Clyde Beatty) and i ll take the best offer asap.
Not saying this to be a smart ass, can you please show me where? I'm genuinely curious as I don't think Ive ever seen a 5 node house sell. I think I remember* a tower selling that had a bunch but that sold for several million, if not 10. *- I smoke tons-o-weed so my memory isnt terribly good.

I can fulfill 1 part of the bargain... It has an agapite node in there. Great spot which I use gargoyles pickaxe for verite and marble daily. I have about 5k verite after maybe a month of doing it 1-2 times a day and few hundred marble. I'm out atm but it's down the mountain path just south-east of despise, along the mountains which takes you to Wind. Honestly it's a fantastic spot and I'd love to have you make an offer if you don't mind not having 5 nodes inside. I'll take pics later and will leave it decorated and organised, with chests meticulously organised to contain all resources, tools etc in different bags - blacksmithy chests bottom floor next to a large forge and anvil. Will come with a box full of tongs, coloured ingots including 10k iron, various coloured shovels - just under the stairs are chests containing stuff for tinkering, carpentry, alchemy etc - top toom is dedicated to tailoring which will contain cloth, sewing kits, a bulk order book containing some flips, will be as generous as possible etc. Like I said will post pics later. It's a villa, has just 1 node which is agapite. Outside there are other spots like bronze, gold I think. Beyond there and the trail to wind (not far), you have valorite, verite, agapite etc
If u can keep it for now (WAY too poor for this I am only 4 months old) I ll **DEFINITLY** buy it. This is the spot of my most wet dreams
The thing is that I am currently owning 2x 4 nodes and 1x 5 nodes and I am looking for upgrade. Being able to mine from inside is mandatory cause I am using multiple characters (different miner + fighter for each houses) with a lot of macros. Too bad your villa seems pretty great and would have loved to get something like this but it is too much of a loss for me.
I have a 4 node small marble on fire isle. I get all 3 stone spawns, pretty sure it has agapite/verite/dull and shadow. I will have to double check. Its been a while since I played and mined. Just been sitting on this house. Ill post confirmed details when I get home, if you are interested.
