Not sure the status of the CY.. I purchased it from someone who had a sandstone behind it.. So i moved the house back 3 tiles and put the stone there.. I'm going to assume it's safe, i have 1 rune for 1 char that i'm happy to trash can or give to you. You won't have to worry about me popping in there for sure.

i remember purchasing this keep about 4 or 5 years ago for 6m'ish bo. great spot! i think there's an outside stables npc to the south near the beach and the mountain troll spawn to the SE. i loved this spot back then, you will too!
