Looks like the the server is off by at least 6 minutes and less than 36 minutes off. Based on the timing of the world export I'm guessing it's somewhere around 25 minutes off. Mostly this has no effect on the server, but for the fishing tournament where it relies on the date stamp on the fish it causes the wrong date to be applied.
Selfish grumping aside, I know for me it's a huge pain to diagnose server issues when the time isn't aligned. Knowing our history with the datacenter/L3/DDoS I'd expect this is something that ends up being more than "cosmetic" as some point.
