Up for sale this week is this unbelievable 6 node mining small marble workshop just northwest of Justice Shrine. Battle mining properties come and go all the time, but it's not every day you get the opportunity to start your mining empire all from a single spot. Well this is one of those spots! With 2 iron, 1 dull copper, 1 bronze, and 2 agapite nodes all reachable from the houses roof, you are able to mine every single color of ore and stone in the game with the use of prospectors tools and gargoyle's pickaxes. Gargoyle mining without prospectors tools will see you hitting 2 DC, 1 shadow, 1 gold, and 2 verite nodes. That is 2 stone, 2 sandstone, and 2 marble elemental spawning nodes each! Just look at that rainbow of elementals! Add in propsector's tools and you are pumping through 2 valorite nodes every 45 minutes! Just think of all those magic weapons, Tmaps, and heaps of gold on top of your ever-growing piles of ingots, all from the safety of your very own home! And did I mention the location was absolutely gorgeous (and remote)? Imagine yourself on this picturesque lakeside vista, complete with underwater ruins, churning through 10k worth of elementals every 45 minutes. Just hop in your boat and take a quick tour of Justice island and the nearby waterfall, and be back before your nodes respawn. If things go wrong, Justice Shrine is always a short jaunt away to set things right. But lets not forget what this is really about... This is about all that beautiful, colorful, ore. SB: 800k BO: 2.2 mil BI: 100k House sells as pictured, golem trap, ladders, and forges included (ore, etc. not included). 48 hr first bid/24 hr last bid Happy Mining!
Well this is getting interesting. Adjusted BO and BI. No further changes will be made to this auction.
I saw. Just don't like changes in the middle of something after you have bids, especially more than 1. Good changes now can turn into bad later. Nothing against you or anything, just not a fan of when the auctions change in the middle of people bidding. <3
I understand completely, the BI was for ease of bidding (.1 decimal place) and the BO was because I couldn't stop myself. For clarity, we are restarting the 48 hour first bid timer with 800k, provided Schufti would like to stay in with the updated auction rules. 48 hours begins with this comment (and Schufti's approval). Edit: Approval received.
