Welcome to PANDA HOUSE. This is entered for the massive house category: This is a rare look inside PANDA HOUSE as no ghosts nor players have been permitted to visit. The downstairs consists of a travel chamber (as seen on the east side of the main room), while the western side serves as a reagent bar. Just north of there you'll find the food prep room and a private lounge for PANDA HOUSE members only. The PANDA HOUSE Armory can be seen on the southwest side whereas the tinker's workshop and supply closet can be found on the southeast side of the downstairs. Upstairs is the former PANDA HOUSE Inn, as you can see housekeeping has been slacking and one of our former patron's body has yet to be cleaned up. This is also the floor where we conduct official PANDA HOUSE business which includes fine arts and trades supply. The roof of PANDA HOUSE is seen by all those who roam the PANDA FOREST outside of Britain. The hearts and livers of over one thousand dead Britannians can be seen here, I hope you enjoyed PANDA HOUSE and I encourage you to stop by for a visit to see our organ collections. Who knows, maybe you'll even spot someone you know!

Most Unique Design Elements First off we have the fighting pit of The Knights Forge. The Knights Forge is built upon the Ruins of the Grimoire Fighting Pit, which was built upon the ruins of an even more ancient settlement. The Knight's Forge is dedicated to ... you guess it, the forging of Knights in the realm of Sosaria, both literally and figuratively. More of this story to come. For now I present to you their training grounds in the combat arts. What makes this design unique is that is it an entirely raised platform made from the new oak craft able "table with runner" Early on I discovered that you can walk upon this item. It brought to mind all kinds of possibilities. The Sparring grounds have areas over each wing where contestants may prepare for their bouts. The area is surrounded by stone tables. The premier stone chair seating is reserved for Judges and VIPs, while spectators may observe ringside. The Knights Flame decorates the center of the ring. The second unique design element comes from an implementation of something I saw once on a website. My desire to add this into several of my houses is that I realized early on that I did not have the money nor patience to wait on the BoD reward of a standing suit of Armor. Only Dalavar BoDMage has such fortitude. So I built this Working Man's version of the Standing Suit of Armor. You can see this in various colors at The Knight's Forge, WYNB and WYNB HQ & Sweatshop. My third and final entry in the Unique design elements category comes with a little help from my neighbor Markos. It is the Portable Loggy, or in les kind terms. Peace's Single Wide Trailer Trash entry. With the advent of Gideon and Markos on the Yew Bank Scene, my once beautifully decorated loggy started to look shabby compared to those Large Marble Monstrosities (see their earlier entries) sparking jokes about WYNB being trailer trash by comparison. (Ok I made those jokes myself)
Though I don't think it's ready and is really still a work in progress, I could not help but share pictures of The Knight's Forge. The Knight's Forge will soon be available for hosting of events for all Skills in Sosaria. Combat, Training and Crafting ! Entrance First Floor for the Apprentice Gold and Shadow Knights The Second Floor is dedicated to the Order of Verite Knights. The third floor is home to the highest rank.. Order of the Valorite Knights And finally the Roof Top Sparring and Event Grounds
Right now its on a level that you can get out. However for matches, I would use the deco tool to raise that last stool up so there is no escape
Very cool, that's exactly what I was thinking. Using those table runner tiles as surfaces has some nice implications for ladders and bridges and stuff.
I use them as a shelf above my loggy's porch vendors, the hidden benefit is that with my fire escape, I can drop down on that shelf and walk across to stock vendors straight from my bank. No more pushing thru them to get to the end ones The other idea I had for them was to make a raised dais for say a kings throne to sit on in a Fortress... Or to make a stage for actors to put on a show for an audience... For a modern look, take dyed plain chest of drawers, stack them as you would Speaker Towers on said stage... now you have a concert venue As you can see I have given it some thought, just did not have the time, venue or Oak to implement them all
Best Decorated Massive House Entry, please enjoy: Full size couch in front of the fireplace. Full bar w/pool tables for entertaining those guests. Alchemy room for all of the crazy potion making. Fully functional bathroom. Smith shop. (something is out of place in this photo, sorry) UO's finest art studio. And now for the main attractions: Pond w/a double waterfall, fish ladder & treasure island. Full size walk through aquarium with hidden lighting. Most Unique Design Element Entry: Volcano, lava and a dead man's bridge. The Large Keep is located just north of Skara. The Lady wants the best decorated house sign, lets make it happen. Thanks!
Small House Category Entry Last entry by me. I don't have a massive house to enter this year. So here for your viewing pleasure is my Destard Entrance House The entrance sports 6 rune books to key locations. Banks, Faction Spots, Other Dungeon Entrances and a series of books to the Houses and Guild Houses of notable Sosarians. From this location I farm all the leather I need for crafting, piles of each are on the right. Several Chairs for seating and my favorite Lap Harp is on display. This harp has made me MILLIONS... well 10's of thousands at least. When one of my minions is in the house, you can bet they are using Item ID skill on that large chest in the corner. Drop your items in and less than 10 seconds later they will be id'd Upstairs is where I relax and watch the entrance to Destard. Many a nefarious and famous characters come and go. It is quite entertaining to witness the epic battles that rage for control of Destard.
This is for the massive house category. Avery has just finished redecorating her house and has invited some friends over to celebrate. The table has been set, and the cook has set out a feast for them to enjoy. You can see Blaise here, being offered a drink by the bartender. A local troupe from Britain has been hired to provide the evenings entertainment. The guest rooms have been prepared with the finest linens Vesper has to offer. Nothing but the best for Avery's friends! Their mounts will be most comfortable in their courtyard enclosure. (For security reasons, this part of the deco has been removed) Here, Desdemona considers her next shot while Aine reads a book in the library. After dinner, Avery, Blaise and Odin head upstairs for some friendly PVP and ritual sacrifice. Because what would a dinner party be without a ritual sacrifice??? Other guests may choose to pop upstairs to the roof-top-terrace for a little game of chess or to stroll through the gardens. Avery has had several species of exotic cactus imported from the Desert of Compassion. Other note-worthy rooms in the fortress are: The cemetery, where the bones of Avery's ancestor are interred. The treasure and alchemy rooms. Her Scribe's office: The pond, which is kept fully stocked: Her Fisherman's Lair: The art conservatory and Tanner's room: The kitchen, which has been upgraded with new quartz countertops: The Smith's shop, where Desdemona makes her exceptional suits of armor: The Tailor's room: The front of the fortress: Here we see the wood shop, the Infirmary (or is it??), the Paladin's training room and the wine cellar. Recently, Blaise asked Avery if he could use one of the rooms in her fortress but didn't say why. He keeps it under lock and key. I wonder what he could be up to in there???? Here's a more complete look at the downstairs: I'd like to enter these into the unique design element category: The chess board: The bloody arena/ritual sacrifice altar: The pool table:
Yeah, seriously and the presentation, just superb. I'm most appreciative that I now know where I left my bong! Cheers to all the great contributions this year. Simply amazing on all fronts. The unique elements and revised older elements alike are all just top notch UO Deco. Well played everyone. Well played.
WTF YOU HAVE A BONG IN UO. I'll trade you a keep (decorated), a blessed orange bear mask, a purple special mask dye for the "a bong". and then when you double click the "a bong" it needs to let off smoke.
Haha, no it's not, but it looks damn close and is animated. It is one of two server birth rare 'flasks'.
