Willing to pay 100k for anyone to move their small shacks or cabin which might lead me to placing a tower.. I even know a few descent spots for small house or log cabin for you to move if needed. But I gotta have a guaranteed placement or no deal.

Kir is saying you should post a pic of a few areas you'd be interested in buying. A tower will fit in a lot of places, find 10 you might like and start there
If anyone can move a small and place a tower they'll likely do that and earn 500k on a tower sale before taking this deal. You'd be better off just asking to buy a tower.
