Hey, im selling this house freshly placed right next to Yew Liches.
Make a few steps and dominate them undeads! Easy gold!

You could change the small house for a marble shop. Haven't tried a stone shop or a small tower, but I dont think they would fit. (its also a sweet spot for events, lots of spawns around)

I know its not right above the spawn, but its less than 1 screen away that you start finding those liches. Lets also consider that the last yew liches house for sale went for millions, and it was that small tower, right below your future home (IIRC)
