Hey All- Wondering if there was any way to lower stats? I currently have STR100/DEX24/INT100... I can't progress my lockpicking because my dexterity is too high. How do I lower this skill since my others are at 100 already? Any advice would be appreciated. Before you ask, I didn't realize my dexterity should have stayed at 10 when I started this character, sucks finding out later, lol. Thanks in advance!
You can't lower it below 25 (or 24 in your case) because it can only be pushed lower by raising other stats, which you can't raise over 100. There is no other method.
