While I have witnessed your toxicity for many years, I haven't dealt with you first-hand. You couldn't be more wrong in this instance. This property has not fallen, nor has it ever been listed, because it's mine. If you can find a thread showing this particular location up for auction in the past five years, I will give it to you. Other properties don't hold the same value as this one, which is why it is listed at the price it is at.
