Getting ready to re-deed or sell all housing in bloody plains...

I do not have time to post pics, but I am getting ready to either sell off the properties we have been sitting on in the bloody plains, or re-deed them.
I do not plan on keeping anything inside them, so if I re-deed, everything will fall and decay, otherwise, the items remaining will stay with the property.

1 castle, sign reads "Anal Bum Cover"
4 keeps (w/courtyards), signs read "Corpus Christi" "Porkchop Samich" "Mourning Would" & "Phil"
2 towers, signs read "Hungry Bear" & "T1-Rx"
1 villa, above brit moongate, just before town border, sign says "for sale frenulum/porkchop"
1 small house, sign reads "rX"

My entire team has basically fallen off the face of the UO world, and I simply do not have time to play (refresh) anymore...
Everything is just sitting there, going to waste.

All of these buildings are pre-pre-pre-pre patched since shortly after the launch of the server, for whatever that is worth, and all courtyards are secured and not marked.

A few of the more rare/valuable items in these buildings are:
the first blood tile (not a server birth, but a blood tile that was not locked down after server opened, found during first halloween event... this is the only blood tile of its kind on server...)
the first iron maiden server birth rare
100's of maps and SOS's
rune libraries, currently scattered throughout numerous crates.
chingos upon bukoos upon too many crates of looted loots (chests of all different weapon and armor types)
all types of spawning rares (for those of you still around that remember me when I played, I would usually give these away because we had so many... and still do)
fishing nets
dyed runebooks (pre-pre-pre-patched)
dyed sandals (pre-pre-pre-patched, 1 of every color, before colors were removed, if that still matters)
cloth (1000s or more

I'm interested in the castle. It's in a great location for my uruks. I also know someone that would like the "Hungry Bear" tower.
