I believe you will find brides and grooms in town looking for escorts. As for their sandals, I think the Tailoring BOD sandals are what you're looking for. They sell dirt cheap, 5k or less per pair.
Yes that is good info. The way this is going, I may have to go find me one of them wandering brides since my fiance refuses to plat UO and gets mad at me for talking about it. If there are brides wandering about in game what do I need her for?
