Can anyone join or do I need an invite?

Is there a hitpoint requirement or can it be a new char?

When does the doors open?

Anyone can join. New chars should work just fine. Doors never technically open, but you enter as a ghost, allowing you to pass through the closed doors. The event kicks off once 50 people are in there.

So I can just go there now, or will there be gates?

You can certainly go there now, enter as a ghost and just sit in there until tomorrow. The rez bots will begin tomorrow.
There will be gates provided tomorrow. Another alternative is hitting a rune for north mines t2a entrance, as its very close.

Cosmo if you are fairly new here, I would recommend putting 1 character from every account in there. You can always decide what to do with that character much further down the road.

You will want to be present when the resbot begins. If I recall correctly from last time, if you don't accept your res you will be removed from the tower. (messes with the macro, you see)

Village of Paws will donate 100k to this as well.

I left 30 Magical Wizard Hats in a pouch on the front steps if you want to bring them in and toss them on a table after the game

How long will this event last? Just found out about it. Even if I don't make it this time this is awesome!

It will go till they run out of regs. Based on previous experience if you missed the first day you should still be able to get past 90 easily. It seems like there was a lot of reg donations so this might be going on for a few days.

@Blaise - You guys are casting too fast. Place is full of corpses...

First I would like to express my appriciation for this event.

This is so great for us newbies, it will save us a fortune in regs for selfcast.
This means I will be able to save up for a house, which I need badly. I've been stupid and picking skills that cost
a lot to develope instead of just making a swordsman/fencer, so that means a lot to me, since I am constantly broke.

As a bonus I have GMed several skills like healing, meditation and anatomy.

Blaise states in the red box that you should be able to GM in about a day, thats not entirely true, at least for me.

I got 2 guys in there, both been there since start. 1 was 08. resist, he is as I write this 92.2. 2. had 30ish resist
trained at vendor he is 98.8.

I would say more like 2 days. Other may have another experience, I am just reporting my findings for future ref.

Next time, I think I'll put 3-4 piles of 60k bandies on the center tile with 3-4 piles of cooked fishsteaks. Then everyone can keep their passive HP regeneration at max and stay alive better. Live and learn, it's getting better each time but ever since the patch that made food help with passive HP regen, it's been harder to stay alive without it when we go up to 3 casters.

Thanks for all the help, support, contributions and attendance. I love hosting a good party and as long as everyone comes away with gains, we've done good.

It was great! I got two chars to GM resist, one of them got well over 80 healing in the bargain! Thanks for doing this Blaise and all who contributed. Us po' folk shore do 'preciate it.

@Blaise - Give me a weeks notice and I will provide all the raw fish steaks you want. I can leave a couple of guys fishing endlessly on rooftops for a week. You're cooking them yourself though...
