Hello all! I am quite new to the server, but i am working fulltime on my crafters and going to create a full-scale vendor mall. I am not up to date with house prices, so i dont want to offend anyone with offers, but any tips and tricks that YOU can give me, even if you dont sell a house, is greatly appreciated. I am looking to purchase a house where i can create said vendor mall, and as always - Location location location. Is there anyone here with a A+++ location house that they might consider selling? Everything really nice is of interrest, even the smallest house. We're talking Occlo, on top of a moongate etc, you get the picture. Anything near the yew moongate or the yew bank are going to be valued in the millions. Occlo gate is not happening anytime soon. I believe most gate spots are already blocked by houses. You can actually be very successful in running vendors out of already established vendor houses, you don't need to buy one to jump into the game. Good luck.
Yes, i am considering placing vendors at current locations, the problem is that i am not sure i want to Risk 'wasting' time getting established in a house to risk that the owners goes awol, quits game or just kicks me out. I just got an offer to place vendors at a very nice location, which im considering. Thanks Cynic
Unless its Gideon or Markos, you will not find WYNB?'s equal. You are welcome to place vendor(s) at my shop.. Been here 2+years, NEVER getting rid of the house. I have a small marble in a great location near yew moon gate. Here's a picture, it has the gold coins on top. Sorry my paint skills are not good. I'd just like it to be used for a great shop.
