Hi, everything has been running smoothly up untill a few days ago, which means its probably someting wrong on my end, but I am having problems with the log in process. Sometimes the log in just times out, after a few goes i can normally get in but it's not instant like it used to be. Other times it will verify my account and take me to the shard selection screen pretty quickly but when I select renaissance shard it again takes 20-30 seconds to log into the game. Sometimes there is a red dot next to renaissance in the shard selection screen and other times there is not. The game itself seems to run smoothly once I am in, it's just the log in process. Any ideas? I am located in Perth, Western Australia and ive attached a UOtrace screen shot if it helps. Cheers, Scott.
Which server is currently giving you trouble? test.uorenaissance.com or play.uorenaissance.com The traceroute you posted was to our test server hosted in a different location than our game server. What is happening when you try to log in currently?
Thanks for your help in chat, by process of elimination ive put it down to my router... time to buy a new one!
