Selling a fortress located on ice isle right below honesty shrine. CY isn't 100% secure. Sold this once before to Mudbight but he redeeded it and I haven't seen him on in a while. Was a large keep before a fortress - so as far as I know only myself and Mudbight had CY runes. S/B: 2.5 million B/O: 4 million Sale ends 48 hours after the final bid.
He redeeded the fort and had one small house there - I placed smalls around that small. He redeeded the small he placed and I replaced them all with a fort again. It wasn't just a big empty space.
This particular area has been through several iterations of house placement. Trust nothing but your own security practices. Great location and a great price in my opinion.

Thank you. Looks like I have a PK for a neighbour, but in a fortress I am hoping that won't matter! I decided a while back that Renaissance is where I want to make my permanent home and this opportunity was too good to miss. You have nothing to fear from neighboring PKs, even in a small house if you take proper security measures. Welcome to Renaissance and may you have many years of enjoyment here as I already have and plan to continue.
