Day 3 Final

Well fishing fans, it's been a hell of a weekend! Food, family, fun and yes, even UOR!

Fishing Team Priest did very well, win lose or draw.

Six Shipwrecked Krakens were fished up off poles.



Rob's final catch of the day was this 46 stone little guy.



Glenn finished up with this 170 stone whopper.

Zyler you and the crew rock!! Had a great time again finished up with these 3 today from Hodor 128, 46, & 64. Total Hodor 7, Mrs Paul 0 making me wonder if i should switch her to fishing with an axe as well...

Billy Bones had 6 fish for total weight of 577 Stones, the smallest, 12 Stones, missing the mark by 1 stone.
Freakzilla had 2 fish for a total weight of 343 Stones, the largest, 197 Stones, missing the mark by 1 stone as well.

Telamon and others put ALOT of work adding player names & dates to big fish, then adjusting the chance of the fish weight (ie how it is much more difficult to catch a 200 than a 100). Without the coding, testing, etc... we wouldn't have these great toruneys. Fishing has been a joy... starting with crafted boats when the server first went live. I was very excited to see that initially! Then the addition of Ancient MIBs... it's been great. Thanks!

@Chris - I think @Zyler should get one of those fancy fishing poles and a trophy for hosting all these tournaments, am I right??

Though I sadly didn't get to yank out any cyber-fish this past holiday weekend due to swimming/drinking/bbqing/family/drinking/drinking/drinking, I have a great appreciation for someone who puts so much time into the enjoyment of others without expecting anything in return. Perhaps someday we'll even see some kind of special fish/sea creature out there in the waters...A Zylerfish? Taxi kit please!

I love these tournaments, especially the 3 day variety. They can be hard on you if you participate in hardcore mode like many of us do. To me it's just like RL fishing when you see that Big Fish message below the serpent, i get excited, the adrenaline starts pumping, its fun and makes the hours of down time worth it.
For Zyler and others that put in the time and effort in to make others game time fun and interesting is priceless.
Cudos to Event Holders, Donors, Guildmasters, and Server Staff that do this on a regular basis.
