Hi, I'm experiencing 2 issues: 1- I can't seem to receive the activation email for account recovery purposes. 2- When there are a lot of players/NPCs on my screen, the UO program freezes and becomes unresponsive for half a minute, then returns back as normal. But it only happens in one of my accounts if i play more than one at a time (it's not account bound, any of them can freeze)
