Probably a side effect of how doors are named on RUNuo. That "east door" is named a north/south door and the "north door" is named a east/west door. Kind of like how add-ons are all confusing, I never really bothered to learn their real directions and just buy multiples of each direction. I actually never noticed that the keys had names. Always thought it was "an interior door key"
