4 Open House placement locations!

I have been scouring for house placement locations near Project Sanctuary for quite some time. In fact, since I started doing this in earnest I've place 11 houses (from 2-story villas and log cabins to small stone shops). I've been doing this to help some friends out that may possibly join the server to celebrate UO's 20th anniversary next year in September. But I just don't want or need more than this.

However, I've gotten fairly good at noticing housing that has gone open. At the moment I know of two log cabin, one small tower, and one small shop locations. All are within a screen or two of existing PS houses except the small tower which is located on beach front property. PM me if you want any of these locations, especially if you are new player and don't have housing yet!

Are either of these locations (particularly the log cabins or the small shop) located near the other PS vendors? I would love to open up a shop soon. But i dont want to be off the beaten path so to speak. I applaud your work!!

Edit: I would not mind,and would also welcome,anyone wishing to place vendors there along with me. Hubs are great and increases everyones sales and the foot traffic! Learned that lesson the golden get rich quick way when valmour suggested we co run a shop (I now believe @Azerothian runs a scribe vendor in that house now? Awesome location!!! )

I might be looking for a new spot for a bigger house then what I have and was thinking something close to the guild if possible anyone have a spot?

I can friend you to the vendor workshop next to Az's shop. Then you can place a vendor(s) there.

No, there are already placed houses in the city that are owned by alts to keep them for guild members to take over - @Heretic is the officer in charge of guild housing - I would message him. I have an alt owning a small house, for example, which I do not use and another small house that I occasionally use on another alt. The post is here:

I got one small tower up for sale to PS member aswell for deed cost. For the rule of that if you quit etc you will sell it back to PS guild or a member
