Looking for info on this mysterious book I found, named "A Pirate's Scroll by Brion the Pirate." It contains a code, for which it only give me one clue (see pics below.) This book tells me the symbol \ is decoded as the letter N. There must be more books out there! Lets solve this puzzle! *Just post your symbol and corresponding letter* (This is not my book, not my riddle, I've been looking for info on it for weeks now without success, so I figured I'd start the adventure with this thread.)

Yep, I spent some time working on one as well. Didnt get anywhere with it, so put it away for now. Maybe there will be more to come.
I think its substitution cipher I think e is $ and ; is s ~ is a or I it's the only character alone Do you have a text version of the book? So I can do a unique character count and mass replace characters to see if anything pops out I think I figured out all but 3 letters. Need to confirm it
