I was trying to fix my Razon client to force the screen bigger and I had previously played UOF so I uninstalled all versions of UO and Razor and when I tried to log in I received the Trouble Communicating with Origin message. I tried troubleshooting and was able to login in with my sons account so I know it was the computer. Now when I log in it is bringing up the new user screen like its a new account. Who do I contact? I tried the in game page but its been over an hour at #1 in queue and no help. Plz help! I had 2 5x GMs and dont want to lose all my work.
