If you are looking for an Albino Wyrm, there is one loose in the Moonglow Zoo right now. It dropped me in about a second.
That means somebody turned it in as part of completing their zoo scroll. Once turned in they can't be tamed again but you can kill it for loot or (within the zoo) just call the guards on it. The real shame is that someone turned that one in at all... it has arguably bondable stats for an albino.
