I am just gathering interest right now. Assume the vendor spot will be high traffic near a moongate. Who would be interested in renting a vendor spot? It'll probably be 10k/month, maybe a little higher for premium spots in the vendor house. Also, vendor spots will be based on items sold. So there will probably be some sort of non-compete clause to ensure vendors aren't competing against other renters.
