You will get a nice new neightbor (me) - who also plans to make a shop sometime there, just next to your place.
This will make Cove an alternative shopping place for the community in the near future!
My house is the stone workshop which also can be seen in the picture. Vendor still empty, but in 1-2 months latest I will help to make cove this shopping place.

I really hope you, whoever buys it, will also open a shop.

I think this property will be valued higher in the future, but I decided not to chase it since I don't have much stuff to sell now and I already have a vendor in Yew.

Thanks, I assume it will be to and already have a villa a screen away. While I don't have a ton of stuff to start a vendor with the plan is to have something up and running in a month or so.

I'll be listing a Moonglow property here in a bit that I was holding for this purpose but prefer the current iteration of cove
