For cloths/footwear/masks, you can buy Clothing Bless Deeds from players, you will also find on player vendors. They sell for 85k to 100k range. For blessed runebooks, it's a platinum reward, it costs something like 250 platinum. House deeds, checks and docked boats are blessed by default. And then there's the newbie dagger, newbie cloths that come along with char creation. I think that's pretty much it. Looking for anything in particular?

Can you bless armor set like barbed leather set? It would be extremely bad if you lose your whole runic barbed set after you lose a single pvp
There is no runic barbed armor here. Just regular (exceptional) barbed leather/studded/bone. Most sets of regular barbed leather (mage pvp armor) cost like 3k or something cheap.
But my friend said me today that he got a tailoring BOD that wants him to make spined leather and told me that bod reward is runic barbed kit.
The link that Heretic posted shows all of the tailoring BOD rewards. There are no runic kits here. There are runic hammers for blacksmith BODs, you can view them here: http://www.uorenaissance.com/info/bod/smith.html On other servers, 20 exceptional spined 5 or 6 part do reward runic kits. He must be looking at a reward matrix from another server, or be speaking from memory about another server.
