How has this not had bids. I wonder if peeps looking for a home realize how private and awesome this peninsula is. How many towers exist, on a hilltop, surrounded by water, and without other houses cluttering the space? At a SB of 2 mill, this is an amazing deal. 2 SSTs that can be bridged. On grass.
Yeah I'm wondering the same, since 2 weeks ago people were BOing SHITTY towers on swamp and jungle for 2 mil...
try to bridge them together , many people have no clue how to do that and if it was already done and posted it might help the sale
Ragnar I can follow up on this as once semi-interested buyer is that the second I saw "I won't reduce" and "If I can't sell I will just refresh use it." I lost all interest. I mean of course people are going to hold onto it if they can't sell it, that goes without saying. The attitude of the seller can and does have an impact. Just advice.
I just meant I wasn’t going to go under 2 million. After asking for more and then gauging interest it occurred to me that maybe it was a little too high. But I didn’t want people to think I was just going to bring it down every single day and screw the person who is willing to pay what I think it’s worth. That’s all.
