Hi folks, I've made a development of two small towers at the edge of Britain Beach for the free use of new or returning players while they get themselves set up on UOR. Each house comes with a little useful decoration including - Two secure metal chests (125 item, 400 stone weight limit. Suitable for storing lighter weight supplies or valuable items). Non-secure but lockable wooden chest (125 item, no weight limit. Suitable for storing lower value heavy/bulk items). Cities runebook. Hunting spots runebook. Anvil & forge. Spinning wheel & loom. Lockpick training set (4 crates - 30/30, 50/50, 70/70, 100/100. Single click red book for details in game). Standard & black dye tubs with dyes. Training Dummy. Pickpocket's Dip. Intended to compliment the established Ocllo new player houses by offering an alternative to staying [Young] when you are starting out, they're only a short run from Britain City and the Moongate, and close to a huge area of open guard zone for resources or other training purposes. Any new or returning player may have completely free and exclusive use of one house for a period of approx 8 - 12 weeks while they build characters and gold to acquire a home of their own. Subject to availability of course. If you think you would benefit from the use of one of the houses please PM me here or under the same name on the UOR Discord channel ( https://discord.gg/9JtUTdP ) and I will get your character(s) friended to a house at my earliest opportunity. Small print - - Please don't just disappear. Dropping me a quick PM is enough if you're leaving or moving on. Otherwise it takes a while to figure out you're not using the house any more. I shouldn't have to chase people up about this. If a player does vanish for several weeks I will place their belongings into storage and re-tenant the house. After another few weeks I will recycle their gear if I haven't been able to contact them. - No griefing or PKing your neighbours while living in one of these houses. Neighbours is anybody living in any of the houses at the beach area. - Anything you find in the two secure containers is there for your free use. Except the welcome book. Please don't take that. - The names on the co-owner list are my characters. If there are names you don't recognise as yours on the friends list please let me know. Thanks folks. JS.

Great idea and setup! I wanted to build a training center a long time ago but got sidetracked. This is even better! Wonderful contribution to the shard.
Currently one vacancy if anyone needs a place to stay for a while. Also just added a black dye tub to each house.
Still got one house* empty for anyone trying to get started out. *Maybe two, I think one guy has quit but I'll give him a little longer.
Now with lockpick skill training sets and training dummy/pick pocket's dip. Updated pics in first post.
