Britannia Guard Corps: Patrol Division Concept: A role playing guild loosely based around the idea of town guards(which are members of the Town Division!), but without the insta-death halbred smack, sadly. What we stand for: Protectors of the good, vanquishers of evil, the Patrol Division is meant to act as an extension of the town border. We will patrol the highways and byways of Britannia seeking any who need our help. Members must stay in good/neutral standing with the citizens of Britannia, or face retribution from the governing body of the land. The guild is not designated PvP/PvM, any upstanding play style is welcome. Wars/Order: Wars will only be done with role-playing evil groups (orcs/brigands/pirates) so when encountering a warred guild, do your best to role-play. When the guild is in Order status protect yourself from those that do not role-play, there are many that wear the tag of Chaos for Pvp purposes only. Looting during an RP battle is limited, take a few bandages, reagents if needed, never dry loot! Leave our enemies a way to return to battle, even for those of non-RP standing. Role-playing: Do your best to stay in character during events. Outside of events you are free to interact how you choose, but remember to stay in good standing and that you are a member of a Role-Playing guild. Any reports of ill favored play will be looked into, with possible removal from the guild. Guard Outposts: Check these out for fun! Patrolman Ranks: General - Guild Leader Captain - Proven in combat with the ability to lead others Sergeant - Combat hardened Patrolman Patrolman - New members that are ready for action Specialty Titles: (members will retain their rank with the new title) Emissary - Supports the cause by spreading the word of our endeavors Quartermaster - Craftsmen, can be designated by their main skill, ie. Smith/Tailor/Scribe Scout - Must have the ability and willing to put yourself out front and gather intelligence, tracking/hiding/stealth Knight - Members can undertake a series of quests to obtain this title Recruitment Status: OPEN Remember, at any moment, under any stone an adventure awaits, seek out these moments and live life to the fullest!
some of my brigands reported encountering you while out on patrol near the Yew orc fort. they mentioned your fall in battle as well as your impressive strength and courage. though outnumbered you never attempted to flee, instead choosing to fight bravely and with the tenacity of a mother bear. though honor in battle makes me laugh more than inspire me... I cannot overlook this as a characteristic lacking from most that would roam these lands claiming a Knights rank. you patrolman, have shown grit and perseverance in the line of duty. I salute you for the iron in your blood and the brass in your balls. to those that crave the righteous path... for the ones that seek to defend the weak and feeble of this realm... to any warrior who wishes to bleed (and most likely die) beside a true warrior... I'd urge you to seek out Cero and his fellow patrolmen. see you on the road...
