Everyone knows that Sea C Avenger is a new artificial intelligence being created by Google (the evil company, not the pk) and the NSA, that is constantly learning and becoming self aware, and will soon infect the world's computers to initiate a simultaneous nuclear weapons launch from the US and Russia, thereby wiping out all of humanity. Seems like I saw that mentioned on infowars at one point.
