I could ask you why the mark up on that sandstone you placed near yew bank. It was vacant for awhile and you want 300k for it s/b when it's worth the deed price. Anyway, the reason he wants 1.75 is the same reason why people selling ethereals want 4 million. Plat aint easy to get. I'd take the 1.75 mil deal because you won't find any cheaper.
just figured out the dye charge would still be worth less than 50k, so I'll have to pass, I can always buy the plat and save the gold, I was thinking someone might have an extra one they don't use and need to liquidate for a fair price
The mark up is because not only is it dyed, but because there is a reason your buying in gold, not in plat. You apparently have gold, but do not have plat. You can spend a week or 2 buying up plat, or buy at a slight mark up and get it right now. Also I never see people selling blessed runebooks for gold unless they are quitting and liquidating their stuff. I am not quitting and therefore the only motivation for me to sell would be because I can stand to make a small markup. Edit: Just read tallics post and it hits the nail on the head. "plat aint easy to get". Every time plat for sale hits the market it sells in about 10 minutes or less. Anyway its just an offer, gl, let me know if you change your mind.
