Calling all Thieves, Treasure Hunters, House Looters Free Boots of the Rogue! Monday 9/30 10pm EST

The brigands have taken over my tower. They rushed me as I was opening the front door, but good news they haven't found my valuables yet. So far they seem content to kill each other and party. Thats where you come in.

This is a unique event where you could walk away with boots of the rogue or other valuable items just for doing what you do.

Monday Sept 30th 10pm EST @ PRE Event Center W of Brit. (full directions in my signature)

Rules:
Your pack must be empty to enter. NO RUNEBOOKS! You must exit through the front doors.
You can keep anything you find. No rules once you are in the tower steal and sabotage to your black hearts desire.
If not found boots will be given away to someone in attendance.
Watch out for the brigands and other dangers.
I will have a heal bot just in case.

When you say empty pack, you mean no spell book / regs, weapons / armor, or bandages yes? So this is stealth/stealing and not fight your way out the door?

Correct. I will either provide or you can loot everything that you need. The no runebook rule is so that you can't scroll recall out.

In an ideal situation you stealth through the tower find the boots and leave through the front door without ever being revealed.

Spell book is fine just no regs.

Curious as to how you're going to enforce this, or are we just talking about the 'honor system'?

before you go into the waiting area you will be snooped and given your supply bag

Could someone hold a bag on their cursor while being snooped? Just lookin for possible loopholes. Maybe an enter then rez like a resist event?

so im planning on having the pack open while i hand the bag, you cant trade while holding something on the cursor.

as far as entering as a ghost goes, there shouldnt be that many deaths, (hopefully its not that deadly of a tower run) i will notice if you ress without a corpse.

the event takes place in a house so any shenanigans are subject to the ban hammer

Im sure some will try to bend the rules...thieves you know... but i would hope that in the interest of me giving away a bunch of my shit and committing a lot of time that they wont ruin future events. ( I am actually enjoying this so far and hope it is at least something different and entertaining)

These are the basic supplies, more can be found by opening chests/containers, and scattered around the house.

So... this is a wrestling match?

I suppose you could do this...not sure why though.
The tower is set up to stealth through and unlock chests and make your way out with some loot. The supplies are for you to use if you need them. The tower is not without peril.

There will be opportunities to use most 'rogue' skills, to score some nice prizes.
