Can co-owners lock down secure containers?

I am wondering if this is working correctly, I tried to secure a container in a house with a character that is on the same account as the house owner but I could not so. I know the characters on the same account as the house owner are considered to be co-owners, but don't know if co-owners can place secure or if that's only the owner.

Only the owner can place secures & addons

Strongbox can hold 25 items, I'm not sure if unlimited stones or limited to 400

25 items, 400 stone limit. Accessible only by house owner and the co owner that placed it

Can the strongbox be placed same and removed same as trash barrel?
