Okay. Somehow a ghoul and a skeleton are attached underneath the ship. You cannot see them but their text is always shown by the ship.
This is a known bug/issue, I believe it's on the "to-do" fix list. In my experience, if you repeatedly click the tiller-man, the boat will dry dock after a few attempts.
Oh, this sounds like you placed your boat in Occlo? The occlo dungeon is actually constructed under the lake so it causes some issues. I would page a gm to get your boat out and make note to not place it there again
It might just be the issue I was referring to also, I've had that happen to me at least half the time I've used boats.
Had to anchor the boat over the lake dungeon and kill them off. It was pretty fun to figure all this out though.
