While I don't disagree with your estimate there is the matter of your trade post for a near perfect large tower at well below the average price for ANY tower. You then offer slightly above the average price for something that is "perfect." I wouldn't say @Caramon II isn't a troll. I also wouldn't say that you aren't a lowball haggler.
